ELMU HARTANAH BY NOR OZIR: Having a degree in Computer Science (Bsc Comp Science, U.S.M), start the journey from analyst programmer and Software Project Manager to Real Estate Negotiator, known as THE PROPERTIES TITANS focusing in UNIVERSITY GOLDEN TRIANGLE areas (SHAH ALAM-KLANG-SUNGAI BULOH) especially within 10 km from the largest university in Malaysia, UITM. I myself owned NLP Practitioner Certification from Florida, U.S.A and was formerly an IT software expertise in Investment Bank Environment and Warehouse Management System Industries which covers Europe and Asia. With her past 18 years experience in insurance, banking, investment industries and warehouse system has credibility in knowing the whole process of property transaction. Our challenges are to assists owners on how to offer the best deal in real estate industry at this current challenging market.
